Frequently Asked Questions

No. Amazon holds and counts your FBA stock, so there’s nothing for me to sync. eCom Pal works with Amazon FBM — the orders you fulfil yourself. If you run both, I’ll handle your self-fulfilled lines and leave FBA alone.

eBay, WooCommerce and Amazon FBM. You can mix them however you like, including several WooCommerce shops with no marketplace at all.

Your shops send eCom Pal a webhook the moment a sale happens, so most updates go out within seconds. On top of that I run a full reconciliation every 15 minutes, which catches anything a missed or delayed webhook would otherwise leave stale. So the normal case is near-immediate, and the worst case is 15 minutes.

One product linked across your shops. Variations count separately — a t-shirt in five sizes is five connections, because each size has its own product ID and needs updating on its own. If your catalogue is variation-heavy, count variants when you pick a tier.

No. You enter your shop URL, click Link Store, authorise on your own WordPress admin, and you’re sent back with everything filled in. Same flow for eBay and Amazon. No API keys to generate or paste anywhere.

Syncs are retried every 15 minutes with our consolidation checks, you will also receive an email with each connection that failed. The address that gets the email can be changed in your settings.

We ask for minimal access to your accounts – product information and listing information, we never look at payment details, buyer info, etc.

Yes, I built eCom Pal and I run it. I also sell across eBay and WooCommerce, which is why it exists. When you email support, you get me.

Nothing – all your listings continue to operate at normal, you would just have to manually change stock levels. If there were any plans to shut down the service, we would give you at least 30 days notice.

No. Monthly plans are rolling and you cancel from your settings page. Annual plans run for the year you’ve paid for. The free plan doesn’t ask for a card.

Yes, up or down, from your settings page. Add-ons you’re paying for stay attached when you move tier.

No, on any plan. Competitors meter by monthly order volume and move you up a tier mid-cycle when you cross it. I charge by connection, so a busy December costs the same as a quiet February.
