We charge by product connection, not by order volume. A connection is one product linked across your shops. Whether that product sells three times this month or three hundred, the price is the same — your bill doesn’t move because you had a good month. Monthly plans are rolling.
Cancel or change tier from your settings page, no contract. Annual plans work out at ten months for twelve.
If you don’t need to upgrade just yet, but need the capacity for more connections, stores or users, we offer addon packages that allow you to expand your service. Any addons that were a one off cost will stay with you no matter which tier you’re on, so there’s no waste.
Our add-ons include extra product connections, stores, and users meaning you can scale up or down as you require.
There are no order limits on any plan, including Free. Orders aren’t counted, so there’s no threshold to cross and nothing to upgrade you into mid-month.
Free accounts are subject to fair use. Creating multiple accounts to get around the connection limit will result in those accounts being closed. Before any account is suspended or cancelled, I’ll contact you first.
