Terms of Service

Effective date: 20/07/2026 Operator: eCom Pal, United Kingdom (“eCom Pal”, “we”). Contact: [email protected]

1. The service

eCom Pal synchronises product inventory, prices, and order-driven stock changes between e-commerce platforms you connect (WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon). We access your platform accounts only through each platform’s official API, using credentials or authorisations you provide, and only to provide the service described on our site.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring anyone you invite as an additional user is authorised to manage your stores. You must be at least 18 and using the service for business purposes.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

  • The free plan is free indefinitely, within its published limits. We may adjust free-plan limits with notice; reductions will not remove existing data.
  • Paid plans and add-ons are billed by our payment provider, Stripe, on a recurring basis at the prices shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
  • Cancel any time, online — from Settings → Billing, in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep paid access until then. We do not offer partial-period refunds unless the law requires them.
  • One-off add-on purchases (e.g. permanent connection packs) are applied to your account immediately and are non-refundable once used.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your account reverts to the free plan’s limits; your data is retained per Section 7.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service to violate any platform’s terms (WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon, Stripe); attempt to access other customers’ data; probe, overload, or disrupt the service; or resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Platform connections — important

The service depends on third-party platforms and their APIs, which we do not control. You acknowledge that:

  • platform APIs can be slow, unavailable, or change without notice;
  • sync timing is not instantaneous (typical propagation is seconds to minutes; scheduled reconciliation runs at intervals published on our site);
  • you remain responsible for your listings, orders, and platform-account standing. The service reduces the risk of overselling; it cannot eliminate it, and we are not liable for oversold orders, platform penalties, or account-health consequences on any connected platform.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without an uptime guarantee. We may perform maintenance, and we may modify features with reasonable notice where changes are material.

7. Your data

You own your data. We store the minimum needed to run the service (see the Privacy Policy). On account deletion, your stored platform credentials and personal data are deleted; we may retain minimal billing records as required by law. You can disconnect any store at any time, which removes our stored credentials for it.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost sales — including losses connected to sync errors, delays, or third-party platform actions.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 7–10 survive termination.

10. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
